growsome retreat 2024 on the beautiful Island of Mallorca

In september we did a company retreat on the beautiful island of Mallorca. We rented a nice finca and used the time to work onsite as a team, have fun together and did some workshops. Some very catchy AI generated songs about growsome and also ways to get support of AI-tools as developer were as well part of the retreat as sports and cooking together. That was fun!
