By fostering open communication, continuous learning, and a culture of ownership, high-performance teams not only deliver high-quality software faster but also create a dynamic work environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving. Organizations that invest in building and nurturing such teams gain a competitive edge, ensuring that their software development efforts are both productive and future-proof.

Our Team Charta

Our team charta serves as a foundational document that defines the purpose, structure, and expectations of a team. It establishes clear goals, roles, responsibilities, and working agreements, ensuring that every team member understands their contribution to the group's success.

In software development, a well-crafted team charter promotes alignment, accountability, and collaboration by outlining decision-making processes, communication norms, and conflict resolution strategies. It acts as a reference point throughout a project, helping to maintain focus, manage expectations, and create a shared sense of ownership.

Ultimately, a team charter fosters a productive and cohesive work environment, enabling high-performance teams to function efficiently and effectively.

Parts of our Charta

Our general rules
  • We are active, always
  • We react on customers requests with lightspeed
  • In slack we mark entries to give feedback to the author, that we saw his message or answer directly
  • We prefer communicating in groups instead of 1:1 to involve everyone who is able to help to solve problems
  • We ask for feedback on a regular basis
  • We are always ready to help the team
  • Our statements are binding
  • We question and give suggestions
  • We track our time every evening in small units on tickets or meetings in which we have created value for our customers
  • You can measure the progress of our work at any time by means of tracking by having a fast look on our workboards
In Meetings
  • We are always reliable and the first in a meeting
  • We are active and participate
  • We are well prepared for every meeting and our presentations are working perfectly
  • Our camera is on and shows us from our best side
  • We are able to share our screen at any time
  • We checked the project board before the meeting
  • Our own tickets have been updated before the meeting
  • We have identified blockers and communicate them
Our Coding
  • The IDE formats the code cleanly and legibly with common linting
  • All methods are perfectly documented in the code, although the code speaks for itself
  • Variables and functions are named appropriately
  • The commits to the repository are provided with meaningful messages (ticket reference at least)
  • The current work is committed every evening
  • Feature branches are used
  • The branches are updated daily
  • There are no complex merge conflicts due to up-to-dateness
